When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Please note that this does not mean your order is complete. Final confirmation of the order means that we have physically shipped the product. Prices on the site are in GEL and include VAT. Prices, offers and promotions may be changed by the administration at any time.

The delivery price and time depend on the geographic location of the order. Delivery terms are clarified with an operator after the order is placed.

Refunds

If warranty service cannot be provided, or the order cannot be completed because the item is not available, or if the characteristics of the item do not match those given on the site, the customer has the right to request a full refund. The company has one week to refund the money. Refunds are made only by transfer to a bank account. In other cases, no refund is made.

Courier Service

  • Delivery is carried out in Tbilisi within 3 working days of purchase
  • In the regions within 7 working days (except where the product has a different delivery time specified; such a time is given on the product page)
  • When buying, you must specify the city and address where you want to receive the item
  • An item purchased from the website (online) can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
  • If the order is cancelled or the item is returned, the on-site delivery cost is not refunded.
